About me

This is my story

I loved writing stories as a child but never knew I could make a career out of it. Then one day, after a few years moping around in dead-end clerical jobs, I got a temp posting at Conran Design Group. My secretarial skills were shocking but the PR department had an opening, and so began my writing career. I eventually became a freelance PR consultant and then, one day, just as all the media schmoozing was getting to me, The Body Shop came calling. They needed someone to write about foot creams and body butter. And the rest, as they say, is history.

The most important bits

I write about anything and everything from luxury yachts to budget supermarkets, spot cream to surgical equipment. I’ve edited a book for Anita Roddick, been a retained verbal consultant for Boots and OSN, and written short stories for a kids’ TV series. Oh yeah, and I do a teaching gig at Brighton University too, spreading my love for words with the next generation of writers.

Let’s get to the point

I’ll help you find your voice and tell your stories.
